We’ve been through some tough times, as I’m sure you have. We feel deeply passionate about helping people to understand the root cause of their problems.

We’ve experienced first hand what it’s like to have your hope taken away, by being given a label and means to numb your ‘symptoms’. We won’t stop until people are listened to, with their suffering being understood within the context of their own lives.
We regained our hope by understanding our suffering and finding meaning within it, so we can grow from our challenges. We believe people can only start to overcome the problem when they acknowledge what it is.

We don’t write cheques we can’t cash. We can’t promise to solve all your problems, but we will help you get to the bottom of what they might be and give you support in overcoming them. We’re not a fan of guarantees when everyone’s challenges are different.
Everyone needs a Toolkit- Everyone’s experience is different and we each need our own toolkit to help us get through our most difficult times. We don’t believe in a one-size fits all or quick fix approach, although we encourage you to attend to manageable, practical issues first.
People should always be informed- We’re not here to tell people what to to, but we are here to make sure people gain true informed consent about how they overcome their distressing times. We encourage members to test and challenge everything we say, so they can make their own minds up on what works for them.
