If you’re experiencing depression you don’t have to feel alone and misunderstood.

We’re the members club for people who want to connect with others and feel understood. Our in-person community provides a safe space for members to understand the root cause of their depression and helps them build a toolkit to grow.

Beat loneliness.
We will give you a community.
Find the root cause.
Supported by our psychologist.
Feel more energised.
Discover the tools to help you function.
You don't have to suffer alone.

Are you:

  • Feeling lonely, like no one understands?
  • Confused about why you feel depressed?
  • On a waiting list but want support sooner?
  • Looking for people and community to help you when you’re struggling?
